Monflor Broccoli

(70 Days) Cut down on your kitchen prep time with this broccoli. With one cut above the main stem, these 7 1/2 to 8 inch, blue-green heads separate into perfect florets. In our trial garden, we found this variety was easy to grow and had excellent flavor, both fresh and cooked. Plants mature uniformly, but with the one-cut nature, it won’t take long to freeze the tasty spears for use during the winter.
